During the consultation, you’ll have time to ask me any questions. If you decide to proceed, I’ll send you an intake form and we’ll choose a date for your session.

2. Book Your Online Hypnotherapy session

Sessions typically run for 90 minutes.

1-3 sessions are recommended to see results.

3. Receive Personalised Hypnosis Audio to support your transformation

After the session, I will provide you with your bespoke hypnosis recording to listen to for 21 days, helping to further rewire your brain for lasting change.
